study nazi

I have become a zombie after stuffing random knowledge in my head for seven hours at a time.

My view at the library consists of my new friends that are also wanting to constantly rip their hair out from evil classes such as Chemistry and Trigonometry/Pre-Calculus. First semester of freshman year should be fun, right? Unfortunately, my major doesn't understand that I want a social life too. These friends I've made are great, but I haven't "clicked" here yet.

I hope that I will stop living in the library as time goes on, but I don't see that happening anytime soon. I've never had the urge to get addicted to coffee or caffeine until right about now. These classes are way more intense than I thought they could be but being in a place with people that care as much as I do helps!

At least four hours go into studying every single day, the only thing that changes is where I end up studying. Midnight Oil, Library, dorm. Annnnnnd switch. Just send up some prayers that my poor brain won't end up fried by the end of the semester!

(Oh, and look at the first picture. Blog planner. I'm not too good at staying focused, my blog tempts me!)

    3. A child life specialist is the gal who gives out a lot of hugs and a lot of love to the people going through a rough time in the hospital. We explain the situations, and become their friend through difficult times. LOVE it and can't wait to start!

  4. Aw, I'm sorry Chemistry isn't any fun for you! I took Intro to Chem last semester and Chem I this semester... I love it! But I also have the BEST professor in the world who literally explains everything to us like we're five. I think she gets that teaching style from teaching bible school. She's so awesome and deserves so much credit! I hope you can find some great teachers - have you ever used myedu.com? You can search for your professors and see how other students rated them, what percentage of students get an A,B,C,D, or F and so on. It's a really great site, so you should check that out if you haven't already. I've also already taken Trig and Pre-Cal... they sucked. I was always great at math until I took those classes - but I think it's because I was so used to never having to studying for a math class, so I got complacent!
But you sound like you at least have your priorities in order. Keep studying hard girl!

Hey, btw, I love your laptop case! The color is so cute! Where'd you get it? I need a cover for my keypad.

Anyway, GOOD LUCK girlie! :) I hope you do great in all of your classes and make some amazing new friends!
    You can do it chick!
