My friend let me borrow her pants and so of course they ended up on my fashion blog. This design was just so fun and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to show them off! I'm not one for bright colors or loud designs but I would consider stepping out of my apartment wearing this.
Bee tee dubs, this semester is my first semester that keys to an apartment have been handed over to me! It's been such a blessing to have a kitchen and laundry room a few steps away from my bedroom door. Dorm life was great but not as great as this.
So it's the first week of school and I'm getting a little overwhelmed already. On the bright side, one of my assignments was creating a blog and posting a few times so you guys know I'm all over that one. I'm getting to create and design a lot this semester, I will definitely be doing a lot of growing as a future Web Designer.
Put Photoshop and InDesign in front of me, I know exactly what to do. Put a sketch pad and some artistic pencils in front of me and my brain goes dumb. As I'm typing this I have a sketch pad on my bed and I don't know what to do with it. Hopefully I don't fail so cross your fingers for me.

Oh I love the mustard color. The outfit is so balanced too. Love it. I can't imagine being an art student. I had friends who were. I lacked that creative part of my day... but whew those studio hours were brutal. I took a few electives and loved them, but full time I can't imagine. Good luck to you, I am sure you will be great. I was always awful at sketching... recently it just clicked. I'm not sure why. Practice and what not I guess. :) XO - Alexandra
