peplum is cool guys

Hey if it's six dollars and cute then why not? JC Penny's had this great clearance sell and this peplum-style top was on the rack. I was recently introduced to these types of shirts last month through one of my friend's boutiques and now I own one. I paired this top with skinny jeans and put wedges on,
