Excluding the shoes, this outfit was a total of $2.10. This dress is from Charming Charlies, this cute jewelery store that sells expensive boutique styled clothing as well. I got this dress at a garage sale for a dollar, immediately spotting the brand! This belt was 10 cents and the earrings were a dollar at the same garage sale.
