maddy + micah | photography

First engagement picture session and I ended up handing over 200 shots for a ridiculously good price.  Taking pictures for them was so much fun and it was hard to get my school work done when these pictures were sitting in Lightroom. They practically screamed at me every time I chose writing papers over editing.

Pinky promises & cheek kisses. Showing off that ring of hers. Micah did great at getting the ring and the girl! Maddy is such a sweetheart. I met her when I was a freshman in a badminton class. We never took the class seriously and goofed off the whole time. Never knew I would end up taking her engagement pictures for her!

Harding University is a marriage factory. We have little jokes like "three swings and a ring" to prove it. The joke at Harding is if you swing three times with your significant other they will propose. With all the swings on campus it's not that hard to lock in your three swings. This picture was Micah's idea, we were being silly!

Such a fun couple. They are going to have an incredibly fantastic wedding and I can't wait to stalk those pictures! I loved working with them and capturing the love they have for each other.
