HUT stimulation

The missionary minded come to HUT. We focus on reaching out to others and leading like Jesus lead. Our main focus as Outreach America is to build teams and plant churches in America. Even though I am not on a team I want to serve the Dermott community and learn as much as possible. 

This man opened my mind despite all the devout opinions I kept a tight grip on. Church is now seen in a completely different light than how I viewed it before. For the past year I have been meeting in his office and discussing beliefs and topics of all kind. I love how his eyes light up when I speak my mind, no matter whether he agrees. It is professors like this that have really strengthened my faith and helped me view God in a more refreshing way. 

Walking around the Smith's home and hearing deep conversations about God on varying topics is so encouraging. Opening up the fridge to see a message on a dry erase board tell me that I am beautiful and perfect and made in God's image. Little instances where I was sitting alone and people came up to talk to me and hug me. This weekend was a weekend for our Christian family to grow closer together. Meeting new brothers and sisters in Christ along with their stories about mission work and struggles in life was incredible. 

HUT stimulation was a success.
