Make some. These bows are cheap, take very little time to make, and super fun to wear! I made several when I found out I was accepted into Sigma Phi Mu and wore them when I was pledging.
After securing the bow cut a strip of the same fabric and fold to where the edges are slightly overlapped. This is what you will wrap around the middle of the bow! Just sew the ends shut which is shown in the next picture and tie a knot four times with the thread.
I use bobby pins to secure these bows in my hair, super easy and can be placed anywhere!
When you get on a bow making roll it only takes five minutes or less to make these! I thought this was a clever gift idea and is very inexpensive. When you go pick out fabric, 1/4 of a yard not only costs a couple of bucks but can make several bows.
omg how cute :)
