It wasn't actually Tony Romo's block party, but it was in his neighborhood. Close enough.
This is my second daddy from Dallas, legally my god father. He's the one that organized my trip to San Diego with his wife and her girlfriends. I love that I live far away and he still makes an effort to keep in touch with me and stay involved in my life as best he can. He is one great guy and I am one lucky girl.
This block party had ponies to ride, home cooked BBQ, a magician under the tent, loud music at the gazebo, a train for the kids to ride on, and a huge playground. It was more like a carnival.
Also, I had a $300 shopping spree at Anne Taylor's loft in Dallas this day so I felt as if I was on cloud nine.
