I'm an advocate for exercise, I really am. I just support it from my couch.I only weigh 87 pounds at 17 years old, I have no weight that I just have to lose before the "summer six pack season" or whatever. I am known for a high metabolism. People call me anorexic until they go out to eat with me.

Last semester, I thought about majoring in nutrition and becoming a dietician. People thought this was a hypocritical major for some reason. But, when I started researching this major and took an anatomy class at school, I realized how important exercise really is.
It’s not all about losing weight, it’s about staying healthy.
My organs hate me so much that I'm pretty sure they scream at me. It kinda sounds like "Haleeyyyyyy, EXERCISE!" and they think "just wait till she gets old, I'll show her THEN." I am the most unhealthy person, pretty much ever. So yesterday I started this workout program:
Sunday - abs
Monday - yoga
Tuesday - arms
Wednesday - legs
Thursday - cardio
Friday - butt
Saturday - full body workout
Yes. Color coded and all.
There are these apps you can get if you have an IPhone, IPod, or anything apple! It's all free. They are basically just 10-30 minute workout routines to do and it takes no time at all! You can choose the time limit and everything.
Yay for workouts that make me walk like a penguin!
